A friend told me she used this protein powder, two scoops, with ice and 1/2 cup of fruit. I use blueberries. I add water and blend it with a Nutra Bullet small blender. I love it! Of course, I combine that with a salad for dinner and something very light for lunch. My candy addiction had to go away to lose that much weight. However, I feel fantastic and still enjoy it for breakfast. It's delicious, and you can use the fruit of your choice. I LOVE the frozen blueberries!

Adding this to my morning smoothie makes it like I'm drinking a chocolate shake in the morning. 21 grams of protein for 150 calories is definitely considered a high protein product in my book. Using almond milk instead of water helps to get rid of any chalky "flavor" present. 10/10 recommend.
