I sustained a RSI injury in my hand/thumb, and the occupational therapist at the practice had me a tool just like this. This one is particularly cool because it is built with 2 different resistances, so you can adjust your hand placement as you gain strength back.I got this midway through my sessions so I could do the exercises on own, which has been very helpful to prevent injury recurrence.Fit and finish is high quality and the transition between the 2 colors and tension is seamless.

I use it everyday because it really helps not only with strengthening my fingers but more importantly increasing circulation to help alleviate arthritis symptoms.You can change the intensity of the exercise by using the two colors which are different resistances, and of course if you expand the finger distance wider it gets more challenging. This way you can adjust the intensity to your own preferences or needs.It’s a solid recommendation for those simply wanting an increase in dexterity. The build quality is excellent and works well in a daily routine where a time commitment is low.I have been going to physical therapy for several weeks and they had me doing 3 sets of 10 with this exact model. I couldn’t believe I found it on Amazon.Why did I buy it? I need this to continue my exercises while traveling for work I also use it everyday at home. I can honestly say I wish I knew about this product years ago. I can’t recommend it enough.

Really good item for finger strength and hand rehab. I am doing snap exercises daily for strength after nerve pain issues made fingers and hand really weak. Highly recommend this. Totally worth the cost
