All of the cups came intact with no cracks (luckily). I can see why this item was returned due to cardboard packaging.The weight of the cups are perfect, not too light and with good grip. Cups are functional due to the bigger base with less chances of tipping. There are little speckles of brown which are very subtle. Would definitely recommend!

These cups are perfect for my homemade Americanos. Add a double shot of espresso, switch on the hot water, bingo. They sit low enough to fit nicely on my espresso maker tray, just below the spouts. They're solid and attractive, too.

I ordered a set of these mugs a few months ago when my 95 year old Mom moved into her independent living apartment. The flat, wide base makes them very stable, and they are easy for her to hold and are not too heavy for her. She loves them, as do I. In fact, I recently ordered a set for myself. They are a pretty, creamy, slightly off-white, not a bright white. They match my Villeroy and Boch Artesano dishes perfectly, and I like these every bit as much as the Artesano mugs. Plus, I got 4 of these mugs for the price of one of the Artesano mugs. Win!Both sets of the Teocera mugs arrived quickly and were carefully packaged. None were broken or chipped. They are porcelain, which means they will resist chipping. I am very happy with this purchase and with the Seller, and I recommend these great mugs to anyone who is looking to buy.

These coffee mugs are perfect! The set of four arrived well packaged. The cups are designed with big handles and a wide bottom yet they look sleek and modern. They are just the right size, they hold about12 oz. which is what I prefer for coffee or tea.

I was looking to replace my previous all white tall mugs that were stained no matter how hard I scrubbed. I wanted something a bit smaller and classic. I purchased this set and really liked the quality and that they don't have a bulky/heavy feel to it. The only minus is that they are not true white. They're more a cream color. Nevertheless, they were the closest I could find in design, size, shape and price that I had to purchase another set. Now I have two sets for guests. I have used them only once, so I can't say if they will stain or crack. Will follow up if anything occurs.
