The New York Times Monday Through Friday Easy to Tough Crossword Puzzles Volume 4: 50 Puzzles from the Pages of The New York Times

I thought spiral bound was going to be more durable. The pages and front/back covers are very flimsy. I bought two for gifts and was not impressed for the amount of money on the covers. I expected a harder card stock cover where you could complete the puzzles without having anything hard under the book to write on.

I enjoyed this crossword book. I love that it had easy to hard options. I’d definitely buy another one. I also appreciated that it’s spiral-bound.

The paper is closer to newsprint paper than actual notebook paper! Feels recycled. Great!

This puzzle book is perfect. I took it on a plane, and was able to complete multiple puzzles before we landed. I am not Einstein, but it wasnt too hard or too easy. I would def buy another one.

A little pricey for what you get but I enjoy crosswords so it was good

NY Times crosswords are exactly what we all know them to be. I have four of these handy little books- they are the size and weight of a typical magazine making it easy to throw into a beach tote or carryon.

Perfect gift for my father the curmudgeon. Almost as perfect as the sudoku calendar I got him 15 years ago.

Have these away as gifts. They are being enjoyed by the recipients.

The binding is terrific, the size of puzzles all good, but there's a Thurs. puzzle where some of the squares contain 2 letters -- I have NEVER seen that in all the years I've done crosswords -- and there was no hint that was part of it. I'm all for tough puzzles and being clever but that is just downright cheating and so it ruined the entire book for me. It should never have been in this collection or in the NYT. It's a bit like a mystery where you never even mention the killer's name until the final reveal. My last NYT puzzle book as a result.

Good variety. If you want a challenge puzzle 31 appears to be a misprint.

I was pleased with this purchase. It is a good mixture. Would definitely purchase the other options!
