I have used this for about two weeks and I was amazed how fast it worked. I have it in my room. I got this to try and cut down me getting sick. My immune system is suppressed so I get sick easily. I can blow my nose normal and I'm no longer having nose bleeds. My nose is not dry and my sinus are clear. I actually can get the stuff out of my nose instead of the constant head pressure from my sinus. I'm sure there are units that go up in price and quality is better but for all of u that can't afford that like me, this will help. I also have a Vick humidifier and use it in combination to ensure the air is good. U will not be disappointed and u will see the difference quickly. My room smells so fresh!!! Great product black and decker as always!!!

I thought I had found a good value. Price point seemed appropriate for this small filter, but it is unusable. It's hard to believe such a small device can vibrate so much and make such annoying random other sounds. Had intended to use it in a small bedroom.

When turning on the fan, it makes a sound like its, not running smoothly! Like a bearing is hitting something! It does, clean the air as stated!

Barely any suction power. I smoke in my room and thought having this on the nightstand would help. Have to keep the cigarette about 1/2" from the intake to have it suck in the smoke. Weak.

I used this in my kitchen next to the stove. There's now exhaust fan and window that I can open to the outside. Before this, I would set off the smoke alarm all the time. This fix the problem. As for smoke. I had my room mate try it out and blow right into the intake.... yeah worked maybe 75% reason for 4 starts

I bought 2 of these, one for my utility room where I have 4 cat litter boxes, and 1 for my small bedroom where I feed one of my cats. It has made a noticeable difference in both rooms. I use pine cat litter, so urine odor isn't really an issue, but the fecal smell can sometimes be pretty bad. This little air purifier does a good job of reducing the length of time that the odor lingers. I hate the smell of cat food in my bedroom, so the one in that room works great in filtering out the smell of food quickly after my cat finishes eating (I have 6 cats and in order to make sure my chubby ones don't overeat I have to feed them in separate rooms!).

Unwrapped I took the product out of the box and I plugged it in and it would not turn on

Does the job, but the Holmes ones are far better. Was super smelly during the first several uses.
