Keto diet is the best diet someone can choose to go on and it’s not easy to follow!!! The dietitians and nutritionists been going crazy about keto and the benefits are real. I’ve been on it on and off and it works because when there is a lapse you don’t gain back what you lost immediately, and MCT oil is one of the very few supplements that could be real beneficial when doing keto, it has a multi purpose function as you can use it on your salad, cooking, coffee and etc. with only a spoonful to begin with it releases the energy in you body. I have tried a few different ones and more or less all of are the same. However what I’ve realised with this one is that it gives me no stomach cramps and there is no bitter after taste that you get with some other MCTs.

I've been on the Ketogenic diet for about a year now and have lost over 3 stone. My biggest weight drop was after I started taking MCT oil and increased my fat intake drastically. I've never taken MCT oil before but had heard a fair bit about the benefits so after careful research and reading of reviews decided to try this make. Firstly, there is no taste or smell so when added to food or drinks cannot tell that the oil has been mixed in. I've also had no severe side effects aside from some cramping when in the first few days of taking this. I've been taking it for a week now so too early to say if it's working as it claims it should but here's what benefits I have felt so far: More energy and not oversleeping every morning. I wake up before my alarm and don't snooze the alarm as feel alert and refreshed. I sleep better too so don't take Nytol. Secondly, I've noticed my belly seems to be getting flatter. Maybe it's just less bloating but the scales show I have lost 1kg in a week. However, I would say that due to having more energy I'm a little more active than usual so this is probably what's helped contribute to the weight loss. I'm less bloated too. Finally, it's helped me to curb my appetite and when I take in the evenings I'm less inclined to want a late night snack.

If you are following a keto or very low carb diet C8 is excellent. It has made the difference for me. I've used other oil mixes of 8 &10 and (for me) ketogenisis doesn't occur as readily.This C8-ultra has greatly assisted me in my intermittent fasting schedule and I cannot image anything more perfect than this and organic butter in bulletproof coffee. If you haven't blended your coffee in a fast blender, and just mix it or spoon it as (I did for 3 years). You are missing a trick and a significantly better coffee experience. I'm on my second bottle. I see it as good value for me and my goals.Im returning to add something important: C8-ultra has a flip top on the bottle that some suppliers don't. Which may account for why they are a small amount cheaper. It makes life easier when you are using it in the kitchen.

This is a great MCT oil, very high quality. I have been following a keto diet for 7 months and have lost nearly 5 stone (32kg) This is my first time buying this brand of MCT, I have used lesser quality ones in the past. The main issue with this product is the bottle shape and lid. The combination of the size, the rounded shoulders and the lid makes the oil drip down the side when you pour, which is unacceptable as it's not cheap. It leaves you with an oily bottle and oil rings wherever you store it. If they were to change the bottle design it would definitely be 5* as the oil itself is great and the best I have found so far whilst being on this diet.

I had been looking for a reliable source of C8 Caprylic Acid MCT Oil for some time, and when I saw it on Amazon at such a great price I thought I'd give it a go, although I was skeptical at what it could possibly deliver at this price.I use it in my coffee every morning, along with my blend of 4 different kinds of fibre, and I find that, compared to without, the Ultra 8 MCT Oil gives me energy throughout the day and I don't feel any need to snack out. Even compared to the 90% MCT coconut oil I'll been using previously, I feel I'm less hungry and have more energy. I had hit a bit of a weight loss plateau, but in the last two weeks of using Ultra C8 MCT Oil I have lost 4lbs!I would definitely recommend giving this a try.

As a personal trainer, I like trying out good supplements that can help me or my clients, especially ones that can help with fat loss. I have a number of clients on low carb diets and they need to keep their fats up, this MCT oil is perfect for that. Highly recommended. Tastes good and seems very high quality

I bought this product based on research and the reviews given. I am constantly tired and have vertigo, so struggle to do any kind of activity; so when I read that this helps with energy etc I was very excited to try it. It 100% has no taste which was what I expected. However, after 3 weeks I am equally lacking in energy as I was before and have found no benefit from this product whatsoever.
