I will recommend Ultra mobile to people. Unbelievable price. You cant beat it.I bought it for 2 of my family.To my surprise It is real savings. $19 per month is sure a steal. the plan comes free international texts and calls and web. Line and network is crisply clear.Customer service is excellent.. I think I will switch from my Boost mobile to Ultra mobile.Pls keep it up ULTRA

Like others have noted, you go to an alternative website to activate the card. It was active within 4 hours with a number local to the zip code. No extra payment required. The only loss of star is a bit of confusion, as the Ultramobile website says the purple SIM cards need payment, while the orange ones are prepaid.. i received a purple one, but it has been working with the first month's fees prepaid as advertised for the last week. Very good so far.

Once you receive the SIM card, a label in the back says that activations will be processed from Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 4pm.When you request the activation, that will never occur and you will never get internet access nor 4G signal in your cellphone. And when you contact the support service they will say that the SIM card has NO PLAN attached and will tell you that you need put EXTRA MONEY to activate it.SO, THIS IS A SCAM AND AMAZON MUST BAN THIS SELLER IMMEDIATELY. THERA ARE LIKE +10 FEEDBACK LIKE MINE.

If you activate the sim through online, you won't get the $19, you need talk to the seller and ask the seller to activate and pop up the money for you.The signal in my neighborhood is pretty strong and data access is also very fast. The killing point is free call and msg to China for free. It works like a charm.Overall, I strongly recommend it.

Great value and works great. Followed instruction and got it activated quickly. Works well and free international calls. Can't beat the value!

It was ok

I ordered these two sim cards for our two phones. When I received the package, there was a note stating to not activate by web at ultra mobile website. It said to call a number. I called over 10 times, no answer. Then voicemail said to go to a different sim card website and enter information and wait 4 hours during business hours. Next day called and called and finally an answer. He asked for last 5 digits of sim card and said it would be active in 20 minutes. Nope. So the 3rd day I went to return the purchase. After leaving return feedback, the started communicating through email asking for sim and zip code. After all this, 3-4 days later the sim card worked.
